With its services in the areas of Management, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Office Management and IT, it serves as administrational support for many of its ventures and enables small new ventures to sustainably scale. It is host to events such as I3 Roundtable, I3 Summer Party and I3 Curiosity Days among others.

Founded in 2018, INSTINCT3 is one of Germany’s leading influencer marketing agencies. Its Artist Agency branch consisting of teams for Artist Management, Editorial and Video Production represents some of Germany’s most successful gaming influencers. Its Creative Agency consisting of teams for Project Management, Creative Concepting, Creative Producing and Art is responsible for some of the German gaming industry’s most outstanding creator activations.

Eintracht Spandau is a sports team founded by I3 Holding and Jung von Matt NERD in 2022, which entered the esports title „League of Legends“ as its first discipline. With its initiatives to create an entertainment product generating value through content and brand marketing, EINS has almost instantaneously become market leader for the German-speaking esports industry.

Z1MT is a creative brand agency headed by luminaries of the esports and gaming industry in Karina Ziminaite and Thorsten Denk. Founded in collaboration with I3 Holding in 2023, Z1MT aims to raise standards across the international esports industry when it comes to brand marketing, content marketing and the associated organisational development.

BRAV3 is an upcoming joint-venture between INSTINCT3 and Universal Music’s merchandising branch Bravado, started as a collaboration in 2021. It combines Bravados world-leading resources in regards to artist merchandise with INSTINCT3’s expertise for German gaming influencers, esports teams and their target audiences.
